30/1/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear dark gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of medium sweet apples, light caramel and a little funk. Moderate body, soft carbonation. Some dryness in the finish. Nicely drinkable.

500ml bottle from the Cider Shack. Batch No. K19. Orangey golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of fruity apple, caramel notes, some light funk hints. Taste is sweetish, tangy apple, fruity, fleshy, with a caramel hint, some orchardy funk and mellow tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable.
