This delicious take on a fruit cider, sold exclusively by Redh, opens with aromatics of raspberry, green apples and summer fruits. On the palate there is a delicate acidity followed by the subtle sweetness of Scottish raspberries. The finish is long and typical of Gospel Green.

750ml wired cork bottle from Scrattings. 2017 vintage. Opened with a pop. Orangey gold colour with reddish tinge, fizzy & bubbly pink foam head that rapidly dissipates away and aroma of raspberry, apple. Taste is crisp, tart, sharp raspberry fruity, fleshy apple, with a caramel hint, some yeasty notes, and citric acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart finish. Nicely drinkable.
