15/12/2020. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear dark gold with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of moderate sweet apple, wood, tannins, touch of caramel and funk. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, light tartness. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Dry and acidic with increasing bitterness to finsih. Godo stuff.

500ml bottle from Cider Explorer. Slightly hazy orangey gold colour, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of apple, funky, woody. Taste is slightly tart, tangy apple, bittersweet, orchardy funk, with some mellow tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable, well balanced.
