500ml bottle from Cider Explorer. Slightly hazy orangey gold colour, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of apple, funky, woody. Taste is slightly tart, tangy apple, bittersweet, orchardy funk, with some mellow tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable, well balanced.
