750ml bottle from Fram Ferment. Pale yellow golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of perry pear, woody & funky. Taste is sweetish, fleshy pear, with light tangy tartness, alittle wood, some funk and tannin. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry earthy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
