2020 bottle 6.8 dorato un po velato discreta gasatura fruttato un po citrico piuttosto tannico abbastanza secco

750ml bottle from Fram Ferment. Golden colour, fizzy white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of woody perry pear, fruity, mellow, sugary. Taste is tart zingy fruity, perry pear, woody notes, with some citric acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry zesty finish. Nicely drinkable.
