In 2013 we planted 365 heritage Cider Apple trees. We've cared for those Dabinett, Harry Masters, Jerseys and Michelin every day and now our orchard has borne fruit.

We present to you our Bittersweet Real Cider, spontaneously fermented low and cold, our slightly sparkling cider pours a deep amber and is bursting with red apple bitter sweetness, complex tannins, caramel and wood resin notes.

500ml bottle from Busby's cellar. Golden amber colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates away to a thin rim and aroma of fruity apple, tangy, funk hint. Taste is sweetish, tangy, apple, bittersweet, juicy, fruity, with hints of caramel, vanilla, funk and some mellow tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-dry tannic finish along with alittle lingering funk. Nicely drinkable.
