2/12/2020. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear dark gold with minimal head. Aroma of apple, wood, touch of funk. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with light tartness. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Dry and tannic, with a nice lingering bittersweet finish. Enjoyed this.

750ml bottle from Cider is Wine. Orangey golden colour, no head and aroma of funky apple, woody hints. Taste is tart fruity, tangy apple, stone fruit notes, bittersweet, with some drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
