Lemon & Rosemary Lichtenhainer - collaboration with Little Earth Project - Originally codenamed Project Gravy due to the delectable aroma that filled the brewhouse on the brewday! Sweet and sour with a lick of smoke has overtaken savoury to create a delicate, well balanced beer. Fresh lemons give a tickle of vibrant acidity, which sits alongside herbal overtones from the rosemary.

Can from Craft & Berry. Appearance - cloudy yellow. White lacing. Nose - salt, herbs and lemon. Taste - lemon and herbaceous again - can't necessarily tell it's rosemary though. Still salty at the back. Palate - light bodied, refreshing salty edge. Overall - quite nice.

440ml can from Craft & Berry. Gluten Free. Hazy yellow gold colour, white foam head and aroma of wheat, rosemary, lemon, funky, smokey. Taste is meaty, smoked, grainy, wheaty, with tart lemon rind, herbal rosemary, funk and some saltiness. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, tangy salty finish. Nicely drinkable.
