Bladder bag box at the 34th Ealing Beer Festival 2025, day one, 09/07/2025.
Moderately hazed golden orange with a thin off white head.
Nose is crisp apples, grass, herb, tannins.
Taste comprises apple skins, light funk, hay bale, grains.
Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close.
Tidy.

750ml bottle from Fram Ferment. Hazy golden colour, fizzy white foam head that rapidly dissipates away and aroma of fruity apple, some tartness and solventy funk. Taste is fruity, tart, apple, sourish, funky, earthy. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
