375ml bottle from Fram Ferment, Durham. Golden amber colour, short-lived thin white bubbly head and aroma of fruity apple. Taste is tart, acidic, fruity apple, drying, slick, citric, mellow lactic hints. Medium bodied, low carbonation, very dry acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
