Four varieties, Bramley, Braeburn, Jonagold, and Golden's, pressed separately then blended, before filling the Qvevri. Aged in the Qvevri for 8 months, under flor. Racked and bottled without any filtration or sulphur. Honey and dry hay on the nose, appley and slightly funky on the palate, long, dry, savoury finish.

750ml bottle from Final Cider Co. Pommeliers Club box. Hazy orangey gold colour, short-lived thin white foam head and aroma of mellow apple, some earthy funk hints. Taste is tangy apple, funky earthy loamy, with orchardy, woody notes and some tartness. Medium bodied, light carbonation dry finish. Quite drinkable.
