Blend of Braeburn, Bramley and Jonagold apples. Fermented in Islay whisky casks by wild yeasts. Non pasteurized, non filtered, no sulphites. Dry and still. Peat and whisky character coming through from the barrel to start with, crisp apple showing later

750ml corked bottle from Fine Cider Co. Hazy yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of Islay whisky barrel, phenolic, bandaid. Taste is tangy, apple, tart, whisky cask, phenolic, woody, oaky, peaty, with citric notes and some tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying Islay whisky finish. Nicely drinkable.
