With the weight of an early morning Cornish sunrise, this fine sparkling cider is exceptionally crisp and dry, with an elegant finish.

750ml wired cork bottle. Opened with a pop. Sparkling golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and fruity earthy apple aroma. Taste is tangy apple, fruity, earthy, some skin and core, woody oak hint and white wine notes with drying acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
