Bottle at home, from Eversfield Farm shop, 02/01/21. Pale, almost translucent yellow, with a white cap that quickly dissipates to nothing. Nose is crisp apple skins, orchard fruits, apple skin, tannins. Taste comprises Granny Smith style apples - crisp and slightly tangy, light tannins, hay, bitter sweet. Medium bodied, moderate to limited carbonation, crisp drying close. Solid.

1/9/2020. Sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is tangy, fleshy, green apples, citrus, light white wine notes. Moderate sweetness and tartness. Moderate body, oily texture, minimal carbonation. Nice drop.

500ml bottle from Trevibban Mill. Pale yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of fleshy apple, zingy, white wine. Taste is fruity, apple, fleshy, some tartness, with white wine notes, gooseberry and citric acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying mellow citric finish. Quite drinkable.
