We took John O Prince, and Spartans from Greenway Farm just down the road and mixed them with Cookers from Mick Scrace’s reclaimed orchard. The result is a light, clean, green appley cider that has softened delightfully with age.

330ml bottle from Bignose & Beardy, as part of Facebook tour & tasting. Golden colour, no head and fruity apple aroma. Taste is sweetish, mellow, fruity apple, slightly fleshy, with alittle citric acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium finish. Nicely drinkable
