This “Single Variety” Cider showcases Prince William Cider apples bought from a new orchard in the Cotswolds and brought back to “The Shed” to be pressed and fermented. The Prince William apple is a light, modern, Bittersweet Cider apple often used in blends. We thought it would be interesting to let it stand on its own. See what you think!

6/7/2020. Sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours slightly hazy dull gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is moderately sweet apples, slightly funky, touch of wood, herb and mentholyptus. Moderate sweetness and tartness. Moderate body, average to soft carbonation. Some dryness to finish, with lasting tart and woody notes.

500ml bottle from Scrattings. Hazy orangey gold colour, no head and aroma of musty apple, woody, orchard, funky. Taste is tangy, apple, mellow, orchardy, woody, some funk, with herby & citric notes and soft tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.
