[ As Find & Foster Oak 2017 ].
ABV: 7.2%. Gusher ! Clear light to medium yellow colour with virtually no head (white head). Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, oak, dry apple, apple skin. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a long duration, apple, apple skin, dry, oak, rich apple, so dry it is almost bitter. Very good .. me like :0) .. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat with some bubbles... [20201010]

750ml wired cork bottle from Scrattings. Cork self-ejected with an extremely loud pop! Sparkling, clear golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of tangy apple, oak, caramel, funk. Taste is tangy, tart, apple, woody oak, caramel & toffee hints, and some soft tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry mellow finish. Nicely drinkable.
