17/5/2020. Sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear dark gold with a short lasting bubbly white head. Aroma of moderately sweet apples, wood, leather, light funk and touch of caramel. Moderate sweetness and light tartness. Medium body, and very fizzy.

750ml wired cork bottle from Scrattings. Opened with a pop. Sparkling, orange golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and nose of tangy apple, fruity, woody funk, caramel hints. Taste is tart, tangy, fruity apple, orchardy, funky, woody with drying bitter tannins. Medium bodied, spiritzy carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Very drinkable.
