Bottled. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is some raisins, mild bready and earthy tones with some herbs. Flavour is herbal, some floral, raisins, rather sweet and some mild dried fruity tones too.

330ml bottle, as Green's gallant amber ale, 5.0%. Amber colour, off-white foamy head aleaving lacing and aroma of malt, fruity, caramel, toffee. Taste is sweet, malty, bready, with caramel, toffee, fruity and metallic bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

Il gusto al naso ricorda il miele. L’intensità olfattiva è normale e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una discreta resistenza ed è composto da bollicine di media grandezza. La carbonazione è media. Il liquido ha un aspetto nebbioso. Le bollicine sono fini. La carbonazione è media. Il colore è ambrato carico tendente rossiccio. Il corpo è rotondo. Il dolce è medio e l’amaro è medio: non si surclassano. L’intensità gustativa è normale. La persistenza gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di pronta beva. Il finale è dissetante e semplice. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L’aroma in bocca riporta sentori di miele, agrumi e frutta secca.
