26/2/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours slightly hazy pale orange gold with minimal head. Aroma of apple pie, moderately sweet apples, touch of clove and rubber. Moderate sweetness and tartness, light bitterness. Moderate body, watery texture, average carbonation. Drying finish.

330ml bottle from Dalton Moor Farm. Pours a slightly hazy orangey golden colour with peachy tint, no lasting head and aroma of mellow juicy apple, underhint of light funk. Taste is juicy, apple, fruity, mellow, tart, with citrusy hints and some light soft tannin notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying finish. Nicely drinkable.
