From tap at Cobblestone, Dublin, 22.03.25. Clear pale straw colour. Fine aroma and taste of cider apples, dry vintage white wine, orange wine and apple peel. Good! Medium carbonation. Nice afteetaste.

14/3/2020. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours slightly hazy very pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of semi-sweet apples, slightly musty and funky. Quite sweet to taste, bit artificial, with a slight tart edge. Oily texture, average carbonation.

500ml bottle. 2017 vintage. Pale yellow gold colour, big fizzy foamy white head that rapidly dissipates away and aroma of apple, citric. Taste is sweetish, fruity apple, juicy, mellow, with a slight funky hint and some citric acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tangy citric finish. Quite drinkable.
