A BIG and complex cider, which has been created using late ripening, rare varieties of apples from the Killahora Orchards. They recommend this cider for red-wine drinkers due to it's complexity, but characteristically it would be a medium-dry cider.

500ml bottle. 2017 Vintage. 5.5%. Golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of funky apple, fruity, fleshy. Taste is sweetish, fruity apple, some apple flesh, funky, leathery with citric and tannic notes. Medium bodied, low to medium bodied, medium-dry tangy tannic finish Quite drinkable.
