BIAB sample from the Leicester Beer Festival 2020 courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, sugary, caramel note. Taste is sweetish, tart apple, sulphury hint, with some mellow funk and citric acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-sweet finish. Quite drinkable.

28/2/2020. From BIAB at the Leicester Beer Festival 2020. Pours clear pale gold with a small bubbly short lasting white head. Aroma is appley, slightly earthy, sugary and caramel. Medium sweetness and minimal tartness. Moderate body. Slight dry tannin finish.
