BIAB sample from Leicester Beer Festival 2020 courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Orangey gold colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of solventy funk, fleshy apple, citric, caramel hint. Taste is tart, tangy apple, green apple, fleshy and citric, light funky, along with some mellow tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

28/2/2020. From BIAB at the Leicester Beer Festival 2020. Pours clear golden with a bubbly white head. Aroma is lightly funky, green apples, citrus and tannins with a touch of caramel. Light to moderate sweetness and medium tartness. Medium body, slightly oily. Quite drinkable.
