The folks over at Lyme Bay Winery make thoroughly delicious mead, this is known. Now, they've gone and crafted this canned Sparkling Mead, part of the Jack Ratt range. The name has nothing to do with rodents, mind, but rather celebrates local hero Jack Rattenbury, an 18th century smuggler who stashed his contraband along the naturally occurring caves found along the Lyme Bay coastline.
