IBD is a collaborative brew with The Institute of Brewing & Distilling to create an interesting red ale. Working together we have produced a lovely 5.9% Pacific Red Ale we have called IBD. A full bodied warming red ale with caramel & roast barley notes, subtly balanced with fruity New Zealand hops. We have a very limited amount of casks of this to sell through Eebria. Grab one while you can!

330ml can. Gluten Free. Pours a reddish amber colour, with a tan foam head leaving some lacing and aroma of caramel, mellow citrus hop. Taste is malty, earthy, toffee, caramel, with citrusy spicy hop bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry malty bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.
