500ml bottle, Batch LB06 at 0.5%, from Fram Ferment, Framwellgate Moor, Durham. Pale golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of juicy apple, fruity, slight sulphur hint. Taste is sweet, fruity apple, some tartness, citric, crisp with light sulphury undernote. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, clean lightly tart finish with some residual sweetness. Quite OK, good for low alcohol.
