KØLF 050221. Dark brown color with a beige head. Aroma is alcohol, smoked. Flavor is smoked, alcohol, roasted malt, dried fruit, chocolate, bacon . Nice beer.

Can. Clear, deep amber body under a fine, dense beige head. Aroma has dark malt, smooth roasted with some smoked meat, bacon and dry fruit. Taste has the same smoked, dark roasted malt, bacon, dry fruit, balanced bitterness and warming alcohol. Fine body and smooth, tasty aftertaste. Solid and nice.

Can. A dark, dark brown beer with a decent beige head. Meaty aroma with bonfire and roasted malts. Toffee and some dark dried fruits too. Some alcohol notes. It’s full-bodied, warming and pleasantly carbonated, with flavors of bonfire, charcoal, smoke and roasted malts. Lasting finish with mostly dark flavors, roasted malts, booze, charcoal and peat smoke. Very pleasant this one, although it’s this strong. 210205

Solid evening sipper this one Black as the deepest mine in the glass. And a fine beige head Ok intensity in the aroma Balanced sweetness and a fine carbonation level Chocolate, roast, herbal and coffee in the flavor [Can at Kenneths annual Haand Christmas Fest (2020)]

330ml can, many thanks to lmojoh for this beer gift. Shared with Finn at an advent session. Pitch black body, low off-white head, scattered lacing. Nicely malt-driven aromas, lightly smoked. Fine blend of chocolate-coffee to the flavour character, hints of smoke. Roasted ending, mid-dry. Nice sipper that does not taste that strong. (Tromsø 05.12.2020).

Spandert av lmojoh. Delt med Rune i WCveien. Dyp amber. Lavt tett skum med litt farge. Aroma av kaffe & sjokolade. Smaken røykwhisky. Myk munnfølelse. Gjennomgående torvpreg. Alkoholen godt kamuflert. Litt ensformig.
