Can. Opaque dark brown beer, small tan head. Smooth and mildly dry palate, decent fine carbonation. Soft smooth and fairly luxuriant dark malts, rich dark chocolate fudge and praline. Creamy dark chocolate. Lovely well integrated coconut. A brandish bourbon spice rich fruit thing going on at the finish. Long chocolate praline fudge linger. I had previously pegged Cervisiam as one to watch on the Pastry front. Pleased with that decision, not quite Amundsen but they are not out of sight of the Norwegian kings.

Lillehøgda. Svart. Mokkafarget skumring. Kokosaroma. Oljeaktig munnfølelse. Smaken mye kokos. Også vanilje & kakao. Alkoholen godt kamuflert. Tørr avslutning. (Backlog)
