Da vi bestemte oss for å lage en skikkelig god IPA, ville vi lage en med "rett trøkk" i. Masse trøkk! Plenty deilig humle + myse og tropisk frukt = en frisk, men fyldig øl - ja, en IPA ulikt noe annet du har smakt. Ingredienser: vann, maltet bygg fra Bonsak, hvete, havre, gjær og humle.

Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma has pine, caramalt and touch of alcohol. Light to medium-bodied. Caramalt, harsh, kind of alcoholic vibe (even with only 7%), malty, not much bitterness. Restless.

AIH205. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is caramel, some toffee, mild resin and wood with some oats as well. Flavour is caramel, some toasted tones, resin, wood and mild floral tones. Wooden and sweet grainy aftertaste. Heavily malty IPA, which almost more feels like a stronger amber ale.

330 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7%. Gusher can. Hazy reddish brown colour, small off-white head. Unfresh aroma of whey, stale caramel and stale hops. Flavour of grapefruity and piney hops, some caramel and whey (which is a very bad idea). Won't buy again.

0,44 litre Can, courtesy of Bergstaden. Cloudy Golden with white head. Malts, hops, yeast, Fruity, herbal, Smooth.

Dark golden with a white head - Herbal hop aroma - Malt body with a herbal hop flavour with bitterness - The hop flavours goes into the finish with bitterness - This was nice

GYG 160121. Deep golden color with a white head. Aroma is pine, grapefruit, malt. Flavor is pine, grapefruit, oranges, fruit, citrus, grass, bread. Ordinary beer.

Can. A clear, deep golden colored beer with a small white head. The aroma is fruity, citrusy and lightly grassy, but rather weak for an IPA. Some bready malts and a touch of alcohol too. It's full-bodied, nicely carbonated and with a pleasant carbonation. Decent bitterness too. Pine cones, resin and citrus zest in the flavor, lasting for a good while. Seems to have been made with good intentions, but the result is a bit uninteresting. 210116
