Benannt nach den Hutzulen (die Transkription H und G nimmt man es nicht immer nicht so genau), einem alten Bergvolk in den ukrainischen Karpaten. Mein Exemplar hatte sein MHD noch nicht erreicht, doch wurde es nicht immer bei den am Etikett empfohlen 0-5°C gelagert, sondern hin und her geschickt im Land. Es schäunte stark und hatte schon einen etwas alten sauren Beigeschmack. Aber im Geschmack war es noch gut zu trinken, auch wenn es nicht so verspielt und ausgewogen wie manches andere IPA ist. 330ml bottle, thanks to djoeye for sharing. Stable white head, bright golden body, spotty lacing. Malt-fruity aromas, pale malts and ripe citrus. Hop fruity taste of oily hops and lemon supported by moments of juicy malts. Fair bitterness to a hop fruity finish. Spandert av djoeye. Delt med ham og Rune i H7. Lys gylden. Klar. Høyt kritthvitt tett skum som daler sakte. Lett sitrusaroma. Smaken balansert. Tørket frukt. Tørr avslutning.
