GYK 240820. Black color no head. Aroma is roasted malt, coffee, maple syrup. Nice beer. Flavor is coffee, maple syrup, alcohol, oats, sugar , roasted malt.

Can. Close to black in the glass, oily pour, with a small dark beige head. The aroma has lots of delicious coffee, oat, alcohol, roasted malts and dark sugars. It's full-bodied, warming, smooth and sweet, with lots of roasted malts and coffee in the flavor. Oats, alcohol, dark sugar and a roasted malts kind of bitterness, and a long sweet finish with coffee, roasted malts and brown sugar. Not very maple-syrupy, some present though, and overall the beer feels a bit rough on the edges, but it's far from bad. 200824

Svart med lavt beige skum. lukter Kaffe, karamell,og lønnesirup. smaker av kaffe, karamell og sirup.Fyldig. Cafe Sara.

Drukket på Bergstua. Svart. Mokkafarget skum som blir raskt borte. Aroma av kaffe & kokos. Oljeaktig munnfølelse. Smaken rosiner & salt lakris.

440ml can, batch #0059, bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. A fawn-coloured head with fine duration to a deep, dark brown body, scattered lacing. Inviting smell of coffee beans, semi-sweet. Taste of coffee supported by cocoa and dark bread, maple syrup beneath. Lingering and warming finish of coffee and syrup. Unfortunately, the beer lost some of its freshness after a while in the glass, and got rather sweet in the long run. However, there was still some sipper qualities in drinking it. (Tromsø 24.05.2020).

Jeg var med å stemme denne frem til seier i hj. bryggkonkurranse, og var nysgjerrig da MB leverte de første flaskene til nabolagspolet, bare timer etter at den ble tilgjengelig. Smaken? Tykk, creamy, masse kaldbrygget kaffe og akkurat det MB er flinke på.
