Varm gylden. Litt uklar, Middels høyt kremaktig skum som daler veldig sakte. Aroma av søt klementin. Smaken sitrusfrukt & mango. Lett syrlig bitter avslutning. Bra den!

Bottle. A lightly cloudy golden colored beer with a small offwhite head. Light aroma with citrus and pine cones dominating. Grass hints. It's medium bodied and quite dry on the palate, a bit low on carbonation I think. Quite bitter, with a mostly citrusy, piney flavor. Fruity, citrusy finish. Easy drinkable, a bit dull perhaps. 200406

On tap@ Håntverkeren. Slightly unclear pale golden body with one finger thick, lacing white head. Weak aroma of pale malt with a hint of fruit, no particular kind of fruit, just something kinda fruity. Flavor goes in the same direction, some light pale malt, perhaps some wheat as well? The feeling of something fruity and moderate bitterness. 30IBU, really? It doesn’t feel like that at all. Quite thin bodied and short in aftertaste. OK, this is light and refreshing but has nothing to do with an IPA in my book, not even a Session IPA. Tastes like something in between a golden ale and a pale ale. Made in co-operation with a famous chief, what kind of food do you serve here, salad, white fish or perhaps shellfish? Alone without any food this felt one-dimensional and boring. Otherwise, no faults.
