This the first Green Flash product I can recall the local craft beer store ever having. Worth a try, of course, I have a 12 oz can to open for my Great Heights snifter. The pour is a hazy, duh, lemonade yellow with a there-and-gone skim of almost white bubbles. Definitely has a citrus smell going for it. I take a drink and get a subdued grapefruit, some lemon, pine and a small bitterness. Certainly a session beer, label on my can says 4.2%. Not very memorable.

Super hazy straw golden coloured body with a nice, relatively soapy off-white and tan head that stays afloat for a while. Aroma of crisp grass, light citrus, a small sprinkling of malts and very little else, aside from some small peppery notes. Light-bodied; Strong grassy and very floral flavours show first with a nice deal of light wheat and malt for balance, with a good hit of soap and perfumey elements towards the end that don't show bitterness, but do highlight the hops. Aftertaste is a bit more mellow than most other Light IPAs, with some perfume and grass flavours by far the strongest with a little touch of hop bitterness around as well, but fairly minimal. Overall, a relatively soft beer that goes down easily, but there are a good amount of hops noticeable, just not the bitter variety, these are floral and very perfumey, still with a lot of character and complexity, just no real punch. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Whole Foods in Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia on 06-April-2020 for US$1,99 sampled at my house here in Washington on 13-April-2020.

Grapefruit is strong here. I love that's it's supposed to be a NEIPA but still ends up a very good quality west coast IPA with presence. Pours amber gold. Good stuff. Can.
