Skiing is part of our life! Since the Dent Jaune couloir is one of the most accessible backcountry runs of the Dents du Midi, we decided to name our most accessible beer after it. With notes of grain, hay and honey, the Dent Jaune is sweet, light, and refreshing… A beer for everyone!

It is an original beer for the style. In my opinion, it is a mix between a kölsch and a Belgian sour beer, refreshing and good, 23.01.17, buying it in one coop, drinking it at Lausanne, Prélaz.

Light pour, little head, clear. Aroma is pure kölsch, light malts and German hops. Light body. Flavour is malty, light sweetness, herbal hops. Meh, as kölschs go quite nice.

0.33L bottle bought in Geneva airport for 8 CHF (so , if you are (un)lucky enough to buy it just simply forget things like value for money in case of this beer and try to focues on its 'value' if you want to have any rating above 0.5) and brought home for tasting; hazy pale yellow colour, minimal white head; aroma of sweat, grass, some citruses, honey and grainy notes; taste of grainy and grassy notes, with some hoppy bitterness and metallic notes; not really good, though becomes much better when its warms up

33cl bottle at Street Food company, Geneva Airport. Mild malty with floral and fruity notes. Smooth and mild with low flavour intensity and bitterness and carbonation on the softer side too. Fair enough.

Bottled 330ml. -Unclear yellow/pale golden coloured, small to medium sized white head, acidity in the nose. Acidic fruity, notes of sugar and herbs with yeast and mold in the finish. Bad batch or.
