The Haute Cime is the highest peak of the Dents du Midi, towering at 3257 meters. From the summit, there is an amazing 360° view over the Swiss and French Alps. We have dedicated our Imperial Stout to this summit. It’s our strongest beer, with a beautiful dark color, and intense flavors of coffee and chocolate. It’s the perfect beer to drink next to the fireplace at the end of a cold day.

almost black colour, minimal beige head, which lasts for quite a few minutes; aroma and taste of heavy roasted nuts, over-roasted rye bread, some dark chocolate and coffe notes; good one

Minimal Karamell, moderat herb, mittellanger Abgang. Rund, könnte aber vollmundiger sein. 10/11/9/9/11/9

Pours ink black with a small tan head. Aroma is dark malts, chocolate, coffee, licorice. Medium to big body. Flavour is malty, chocolate, cocoa, licorice. Nice, simple old school impy.
