Can, medium pink bubbly head, murky and quite dark violet colour, aroma of raspberry, vanila and a bit of licorice, feels like a bubblegum, flavor of vanila, licorice and a bit of vanila in the back light sourness, much too sweet and a bit heavy. Fair, but doesn't feel very much like a Berliner Weise.

Can from HavnensVin&Tobak. Pours opaque muddy beetroot red with medium pink head. Aroma is intense raspberry puree, vanilla, cream, egg-knock and sweet liquorice. Taste is very sweet, faint bitter, medium to very acidic and light to medium salty. body is creamy with soft carbonation. Finish is long and very intense with raspberry, red currant, fresh (sour) strawberries, sweet and slightly salty liquorice, vinegar and vanilla ice cream. Very rich and intense - almost like drinking a sorbet with a twist of liquorice and with the sweetness replaced (or balanced, perhaps?) by a vinegar-like sourness. Very well done! In my opinion: The best from the stout and sour worlds!

33cl can from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours light plum colour, dense, with fine pink foam. Aroma is intense berries, recalling indeed a sorbet cake. Body and carbonation are average. Smooth and creamy. A hint of astringency. Taste is medium-high sour, with quite some sweetness behind as well. Final is average.
