Malty, rich, full bodied double mashed Imperial Stout with a pinch of salt. In this beer we explore the combination between sweet caramel and salt more commonly used in desserts. Double mashed with a sick amount of caramel and chocolate malt and a tiny amount of salt from the small island of Laesö.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an opaque black with the tiniest, little beige head. Sweet, sweet caramel and vanilla aroma - totally covering the roastiness. Medium body where the sweetness of the aroma has completelt vanished for a somewhat odd melange of salty licorice and caramel. Some roast bitter finish. Quite a character! 110323

Tap at the T fest. Pitch black, off-white head Nutty, salty, caramelly, chocolate pudding, huge. Lean taste, salted caramel and raisin, vaguely tart and sweet. Eeh, almost there.

--Keg at Craft Beer & Spirits, Tjolöholm. -- Black, beige head. Huge caramel aroma. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Lots of salty caramel, some red berries and licorice. Offputting finish with boiled milk.

Svart med tätt skum. Väldigt söt koladoft. Väldigt söt kolasmak. Lite kärv finish med alkohol och en nypa salt. I sötklibbigaste laget.
