Close to half a metric tonne worth of purée went into this over the top fruited sour beer. Tropical mango freshness meets classical Swedish forest berries in the form of blackberries and raspberries, in a thick and beautiful beer with a color reminiscent of a darker version of blood orange.

Enjoyable refreshing drink that I have tried two days ago, at Epalinges, a classical sour beer, rather light and mineral, predominant side of raspberry, red fruits, carbonated, yeasty, lactose, refreshing, perfect for the apero time, 22.02.23.
