We spend thousands of hours with a consistent look, aroma and taste as our goal and certainly acknowledge those merits. But in the interest of Mad Science, for Dabble IPA we’re going to formulate as we go, unconstrained. So don’t be surprised when you notice small evolutions in Dabble one month to the next. One thing will remain constant – the liquid will be eye-popping, aromatic, and juicy as hell.

Admin Note: Dabble debuted in 2015 as a draft only IIPA from Sixpoint with rotating ingredients. To rate the 2019 version in cans please use the other Dabble entry.

On tap @ Blind Tiger. This is a mild cloudy looking dark golden colored beer with a nice big lasting yellowish off-white head. It has a big peachy sweet typical double IPA nose. Spruces, sweet and kinda sticky. Have to admit that this smells really nice. So fresh this! Filled with bitter piney hops. In between the bitterness there's lots of sticky peachy fruitiness. Pine cones, birch and jam. In the mouth it has a good oily texture and it's just above average on the carbonation. Lots and lots of flavor in a fresh delish double IPA. 09.06.2015
