Seven different malts, including rye, provide a distinctly sweet platform for the aromatic combination of North American and Australian hops added through the boil. The initial bitterness gives way to fruity hop flavours and aromas.
This beer is naturally hazy. It is unfined and unfiltered to preserve maximum flavour and aroma.

Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol September 2016. Amber in colour with a small, off-white, head. Sweet, leafy hop and orange fruit aroma with some sweetish malts. Earthy malt flavour, with more citrus fruit and a dryish finish. Good.

Can, Hazy amber beer, massive cream colour head. Palate is airy with surprisingly modest carbonation from a can. Creamy sweet malts, some rye tang and toffee. Smooth floralness. Orange and orange peel. Touches of hop spice and pine. Finishes smooth with some juicier ripe orange. Fine, just a bit flat.
