Bottle from Purely Cornish. Appearance - bright copper with a big fluffy off-white head. Nose - Highland toffee, honeycomb. Taste - honeycomb, praline then a toasty, brown bread finish. Palate - medium bodied, crunchy/roasty texture and finish. Overall - a bit challenging but quite good.

Third by cask, third day of GBBF Winter 20, Astbury Bar. Shared with Finn. Clear amber-orange, lacing rings down the glass, filmy layer. Caramel-fruity aromas. Rather sweet taste of caramel and ripe fruits. Welcome bittersweet tail. Satisfying. (Birmingham 06.02.2020).

På GBBF Winter 2020 i Birmingham. Delt med Rune. Mørk gylden. Syltynt filmskum. Tung bæraroma. Smaken overmoden fersken. Lett tørr syrlig bitter avslutning.
