A beer that celebrates the skill of our maltsters. The recipe has its origins in Ireland (the first home of our brew kit) but it has been revamped with the best of British barley for a delicious malt forward taste balanced by a respectful bittering.

Third, well-kept cask at Quakerhouse. Shared with Finn. Upper part lacing from a film-type layer. Bright amber body. Moderate aromas of of caramel fruits. Blended taste of caramel malts and herbal hops. Drying ending, mid-sweet malt-fruity. Rounded mouthfeel. Satisfying. (Darlington 29.01.2020).
