Cask at Pied Bull, Chester. Pours a slightly hazy chrome yellow with a small foamy almost white head and good lacing. The aroma has floral hops and some hints of citrus. In the mouth it is tangy but with some underlying sweetness. Floral hops are the mainstay of the flavour, with hints of pien, citrus, lemon rind and orange peel. Finish is quite dry and bitter. This is decent – plenty of flavour for the strength.

Cask, third at the brewpub. Shared with Finn. Next to clear warm golden body, lacing rings down the glass, covering white head. Moderate aromas of floral hops. Floral fruity hops to the taste buds, hints of citrus. Bittersweet, short tail. Quite alright. (Chester 26.01.2020).

Cask at Pied Bull. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has a nice citrus note with a bit of rind and a touch of grains backing. Flavor has citrus throughout with a bit of bread and a touch of hay underlying.

Cask @ Three Pigeons, Halifax. Golden with a thick creamy head. Has a fruity nose and taste from the tropics, medium bodied and very easy sipping.
