From wooden cask, third shared with Finn at Manchester Beer & Cider Festival, Wood Bar. Cloudy golden body, spotty lacing, bubbles on the surface. Moderate tropical aromas, mid-dry. Citrus and citrus peels to the taste buds. Mid-dry ending with fruity bitterness. Fair enough. (2nd day of the festival, 23.01.2020).

Pint at the Briar Dene in Whitley Bay. Appearance - golden with a light haze. Lovely lacy head. Nose - lime and barley notes. Taste - more lemon barley water. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture. Dry, Bitter finish. Overall - solid example of the style.
