One of our range of single hopped beers brewed only using Taiheke hops from the New Zealand. This is a rich gold beer with floral and lemon notes in the aroma, full bodied for its ABV, giving hints of pithy grapefruit and lemon and a lovely zesty bitter finish.

Cask, third shared with Finn at Manchester Beer & Cider Festival, Brewery Microbars. Filmy layer, fair lacing, warm golden body. Lemony hops on the nose. Citrus flavours including ripe lemon. Bittersweet tail, rather short. Accepted. (2nd day at the festival, 23.01.2020).

Cask at the Crown & Kettle, Manchester. Golden-blonde with a creamy head. Has a dryish dirty-citric hop and a dank bitterness for it. Its aroma is its best feature as you don't get this here.

On cask at Monty's Bar. Appearance - golden with a generous fluffy head. Nose - zest and citrus fruit. Taste - more of the same. Bitter, pithy finish. Palate - creamy and light bodied. Very bitter finish. Overall - more bitter than ideal, very typically Mallinsons.
