Can at home. Pours a dark brown colour with a beige head. Aroma of dates, pine, bread and some caramel. Flavour of bread, raisin, oak, brown sugar and grass. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a ligh to medium bitterness. Both sweet and hoppy flavour. Nice.

330ml can, #221, bought at Vinmonopolet Tromsø Sentrum. Near-black body, bubbly fawn-coloured head, rich lacing. Promising aromas of roasted dark malts, scent of liquorice. Okay blended taste of liquorice, biscuit, and dark bread. Plain roasted ending, mid-sweet. Quite alright early on a Christmas eve. (Tromsø 24.12.2021).

Rerate, 330 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.2%. Reddish brown colour, moderate off-white head. Malty aroma, notes of caramel, mild spices and herbs, a bit unfresh. Flavour with the same elements but not unfresh, not too sweet, a hint of liquorice / anise. Original rating: Sample from can at Fridtjofen's Yule beer tasting 2019. Copper colour. Malty aroma and flavour with moderate notes of spices and herbs. Not bad, will re-rate if I have a full can.

Shared can at the yuletide beer tasting on board Fridtjofen 13th and 14th of December 2019. Clear copper. Aroma and taste of malt, biscuits, berries and spices. Slightly oxidised.
