A spiced saison with juniper berries, coriander seed, lemon zest and the bitter cinchona bark to create the craft beer version of a good old Gin Tonic.

Tap at Kaapse. Bit hazy golden with creamy off white head. Juniper, spruce, spicy yeast, sweet malts, massive spices here... Bitter almonds, soft lime. Medium sweet and quite bitter. Over medium bodied. Oh no, I don’t like this at all, bleh.

Tap @ Brouwcafe de Molen. Slight hazy yellow to golden color, short creamy head. Aroma is slight spicy, bit juniper berries. Slight flowery bitterness, bit spicy yeast, quite dry. Decent.
