Hjemme etter en lang arbeidsøkt på Fridtjofen, så nå er det på tide med en real tørsteslukker før jeg tar frem noe høyvitaminisert fra egen produksjon: lett krydret citrusaroma og -smak med behagelig humleprofil i en slank og velsmakende kropp. Lett uklar strågylden med alt for mye skum, som imidlertid daler raskt og oppfører seg eksemplarisk. 0,33 boksen var (naturligvis) fra minsolide pusher i Straensenteret.

330ml can from EuroSpar Langnes. Big white head leaving rings of lace down the glass. Cloudy pale yellow body. Moderate floral smell, hints of lemon. Mid-sweet taste of grass, grain, and ripe lemon. Smooth lightly fruity finish. Quite alright with our Sunday pizza. (Tromsø 24.11.2019).

Can, #1934, eleven months before bbd. Pours slightly hazy yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is pale malts, with white bread, spicy hay and cereals, as well as herbal hops with citrusy notes. Medium body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is herbal hops with citrusy notes of lemon, as well as pale malts with spicy cereals and sweet fruity notes.
