An easy drinking, hoppy American Pale Ale. Brewed in the same batch as Canyons, and then split to be hopped slightly differently. This APA is all about ‘crushability’ - refreshingly enjoyable and enjoyably refreshing.

Keg at the Barrel Project, 31/10/19. Clear golden with a decent white cap retains well. Nose is tangy fruit esters, grains, lemon rind, hay bale. Taste comprises citric zest, light minerality, orange peel, airy malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Ok.

Keg, third, shared with Finn at Barrel Project. Large white head over a bright golden body, crocheted lacing on the glass. Mid-sweet fruity nose joined by light caramel support. Balanced taste of fruity caramel and a bite of pine. Bittersweet finish. Pretty good. (Bermondsey, London 19.10.2019).

Delt med Rune. Gyldenbrun. Høyt tett skum med litt farge. Tykk lacing. Nesten klar. Lett bæraroma. Smaken masse frukt. Plommer. Fersken. Tørr avslutning.
